Man dies before child abuse trial

The former head of a care home who admitted making indecent images of children has died before he was due to stand trial on related offences.

John Darby, from Hunstanton, was found unconscious in his flat after he failed to attend the opening day of his trial at Blackfriars Crown Court trial on 3 November.
