Police probe tar barrel explosion

A police investigation is under way after two men suffered serious burns when a barrel of burning tar exploded during a traditional event in Ottery St Mary in Devon.

Inquiries are trying to establish whether the explosion was caused by an aerosol can being placed in a barrel. Footage from YouTube.
