Plan to buy cliff homes at risk

Owners of homes in danger of collapsing into the sea may have fresh hope with a plan proposed by the head of the Environment Agency.

Its Chairman Lord Smith told BBC Look East that local councils should buy up homes threatened by the sea and then lease them back.
