Veteran campaigning for new chair

An Army veteran who suffers with MS is blaming bureaucracy after being refused a new electric wheelchair.

David Ramsey was given a wheelchair in 1994 to help with his rehabilitation, but now he says he cannot get the replacement he needs because the NHS is unable to issue wheelchairs that cannot be used on pavements.
