The parents of a 25-year-old woman who disappeared 13 years ago have asked the public to help find her killer after her remains were discovered by the M5.

Melanie Hall, a psychology graduate from Wiltshire, was last seen in a nightclub in Bath in 1996. On Thursday, her father spoke of the ''untold anguish'' they'd suffered since she disappeared.

Alex Bushill reports.
