Crane collapse inquiry under way

An investigation has begun into the collapse of part of a crane at Southampton Docks.

Crane driver Jay Squibb, 33, remains in a serious condition in Southampton General Hospital after his legs were crushed when the crane collapsed on to a ship.

DP World, which owns Southampton Docks, said an investigation had begun.
