A battle over a plan to build a huge £600m "super-port" at Dibden Bay, near Hampshire's New Forest, looks set to resume - five years after it was blocked by the government.

BBC South has seen a draft document by Associated British Ports (ABP), which owns Southampton docks, which shows it wants a new port ready between 2021 and 2027.

Nick Farthing, from Southampton Chamber of Commerce, welcomed the idea, despite opposition from environmentalists.
