The parents of a girl from the West Midlands left brain damaged by a speeding driver have presented a petition calling for longer prison sentences for dangerous driving to the Ministry of Justice.

Cerys Edwards, of Sutton Coldfield, has needed round-the-clock care since the collision in 2006.
