Boycott urged after student death

The stepmother of a Berkshire teenager who fell to his death from a cliff in Newquay, Cornwall, has urged council chiefs to make the resort safer.

Shireen Higgins wants more safety measures at the resort where Paddy Higgins, 16, a pupil from Forest School, in Winnersh, near Wokingham, died while celebrating the end of his exams.
