Three brothers have been cleared of trying to murder a 38-year-old man after a traveller's funeral. Robert Frankham, 45, of Watford, Hertfordshire, and his brothers Thomas and Sam were found not guilty after a trial at Ipswich Crown Court. Thomas, 44, of Cranleigh, Surrey; Sam, 41, of Annan, Dumfries and Galloway; and Robert all denied trying to murder Michael Willett in Newmarket last June. They were also cleared of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. The verdicts were greeted with loud cheers from relatives. Outside court, Robert Frankham said: "It's the right result. We're delighted."
