Forces probe suspicious packages

Police are investigating a connection between suspicious packages which were sent to addresses in Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.

Bomb disposal officers were called to a package discovered at the Royal Mail in Beeston sorting office on Tuesday.

Lincoln County Court on High Street was closed for several hours on Thursday after two suspect packages were sent in the mail.

Police have appealed for anyone with information to contact them.
