Inmate absconds from open prison

An inmate serving a four-year prison sentence has absconded from Hollesley Bay open prison in Suffolk.

Suffolk Police have appealed for help to trace Daniel Clover, 20, who was jailed for an offence of inflicting grievous bodily harm.

He was last seen on Sunday night and was reported missing one hour later.

Clover is described as white, of slight build, 5ft 7ins, with short brown hair and blue eyes. He has connections to the Clacton-on-Sea area of Essex.

If anyone sees Clover they are asked to telephone police.
