Three held over pawnbroker death

Three people have been arrested over the death of a pawnbroker who was badly burned in a house fire on 8 December.

Two women and a man were arrested in the Leominster area in Herefordshire earlier, over the death of George Black, 41, of Bucknell, Shropshire.

A woman was arrested on suspicion of murder and for attempting to pervert the course of justice.

Another woman and a man were arrested on suspicion of attempting to pervert justice and assisting an offender.

Previously two men from the Leominster area, aged 28 and 21, were charged with Mr Black's murder.

Mr Black ran a pawnbrokers in Leominster and was admitted to hospital on December 8 following a fire at his home in The Square, Bucknell. He died in hospital two days later.
