Football racism case man bailed

A man questioned in an inquiry into alleged racist behaviour at a football match between Kettering and Lincoln City has been released on bail.

The inquiry began after alleged racist behaviour directed at Lincoln City Football Club on 8 November.

Police said a Kettering man had been arrested in connection with an offence of racially-aggravated public disorder.

Officers have appealed for anyone who witnessed any racist behaviour at the match to contact them.
