A woman raised £3,000 for volunteers who saved her brother's life.
Angela Bailey's brother, Chris Ford, suffered a cardiac arrest at the Lilleshall Sports Centre in Shropshire in November last year.
Community First Responders from Newport used defibrillators (shock machines) to get his heart started again before he was taken to hospital.
After hearing they needed money for equipment Ms Bailey from Leicestershire ran a half marathon.

She said one of the first responders, Julie Talbot, who twice used the defibrillator on her brother, told her they did not have enough equipment.
So she ran the White Peaks Half Marathon to help raise the money.
Mrs Talbot said: "We have a new member joining and this kit will go to him.
"It is very much needed and will benefit the Newport community."
