Chelsea shooting inquiry lawful

A High Court judge has dismissed a claim by the family of a man shot dead by police, that the investigation into his death was unlawful.

Mark Saunders' family had claimed the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPPC) inquiry was unlawful as police had conferred before making statements. Ben Ando reports.
