Parts of Yorkshire were hit by severe flooding in 2007.

The worst of the weather has passed for West and South Yorkshire, the Environment Agency has said.
Storms which caused flooding across England and Wales overnight are moving north and grinding to a halt over the north of England.
Three severe weather warnings are in place in North Yorkshire.
In West and South Yorkshire, eight flood warnings were issued on Friday but only one remains for the River Calder at Mirfield, near Dewsbury.
The Environment Agency said about 30 homes had been flooded in the Flanshaw and Castlefields areas of Wakefield overnight.
Incident controller Robin Bailey said: "Our flood warnings service gives people the time they need to prepare for a flooding event. It's important that people sign up to this system and take notice of the warnings by making their own flood plan.
"We continue to monitor the weather with our Met Office colleagues, however, we believe that the worst of the weather is over for West and South Yorkshire"
The public have been advised to keep updated through news outlets and to call the Floodline on 0845 988 1188.
