Armed robberies suspects released

The armed robberies took place at homes and businesses
Three people arrested in connection with seven armed robberies in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire have been released on police bail.

Two men, aged 24 and 47, were arrested in Littleport, Cambridgeshire, on Wednesday and a 44-year-old woman was later arrested at the same address.

They were being questioned over armed robberies in seven fenland villages over the last two weeks.

The two men and woman were released pending further inquiries.

The armed robberies had taken place in Northwold, Nordelph, Elm, Stowbridge, North Runcton, and Wereham.

The latest was at a bowls club in Weeting three days ago.
