Foot-and-mouth accused in court
Two photographers accused of breaching a foot-and-mouth cordon in Surrey have appeared in court in Guildford.

Philip Hollis, 44, from Kingston upon Thames, south-west London, and James Purkiss, 32, from Fareham, Hants, are charged under the Animal Health Act.

Mr Purkiss also works as a photographer under the name Jay Kaycappa.

The alleged offences took place on 4 August at Woolford Farm near Guildford. Magistrates adjourned the case until Friday until 26 September.
