Train death girl is laid to rest

The funeral of a 17-year-old girl who died when she was hit by a train has taken place in Essex.

The body of Natasha Coombs, from Dovercourt, was spotted by a passing train driver in undergrowth near Manningtree station on 10 August.

She was last seen boarding a train from Ipswich, Suffolk, to her home on 27 July after a night out with friends.

A post-mortem examination found she had been hit by a train. Her funeral took place in Harwich.
