Revamp plan for struggling club
Darlington's stadium
The club has been given permission to hold concerts at its stadium
An ambitious plan to ensure the financial future of troubled Darlington Football Club has been unveiled.

The League Two club is struggling with losses and trying find alternative uses for its stadium site.

The club was brought out of a spell of administration in November 2004 by a consortium headed by a local businessman.

Darlington Council is being asked to back a major redevelopment project, which includes an indoor ski slope.
