Man on defecating charge remanded
A man charged with causing more than £20,000 criminal damage by defecating in train carriages in south-east England has been remanded in custody.

Bonney Eberndu, 36, of no fixed address, appeared before Westminster magistrates on Friday.

Mr Eberndu was arrested at Camberwell Green bus garage, in south-east London, in connection with 22 incidents on trains during the last three months.

The case was adjourned to the same court on 2 November.
