A major train operator is putting pressure on Network Rail in a bid to end disruption of commuter services.
Incomplete repairs after overhead line damage blamed for delays
Passengers on One Railways suffered delays on journeys to Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex on Tuesday night for the third time in less than a week.
Continued problems with overhead power lines in Essex delayed trains again.
Jonathan Denby, of One, said: "We are putting as much pressure as possible on Network Rail to end the disruption over the last seven days."
The latest incident follows severe delays last Wednesday and Friday as well as problems with a broken down train in Essex earlier on Tuesday.
Network Rail said that incomplete repairs to overhead cables, after the earlier problems, had caused the incidents.
Railway company One apologised to passengers for the inconvenience but said it was out of their control.
On Wednesday morning commuter services were running to the normal schedule.
