A British tourist has appeared in court in South Africa accused of causing a fatal fire on Table Mountain by dropping a cigarette end.
Anthony Cooper, 36, from Brighton, is accused of arson and culpable homicide over the bush blaze on 26 January.
He was in court in Cape Town on Friday and was again released on bail.
The case was postponed until 26 May for a post-mortem report on an elderly British woman who died in the fire to be completed.
The blaze swept across the slopes at the Table Mountain tourist spot, with more than 150 firefighters and water-carrying helicopters used to bring it under control.
