Double death man and woman named

A woman whose body was found at a house in Kent died from multiple injuries, a post-mortem examination has found.

Jeanette Wallace, 58, of Mynn Crescent, was found by police called to the address in Bearsted, near Maidstone on Monday morning.

Derek Ord, 57, of Windlesham Gardens, Hove, whose body was found at the same time, died from hanging.

Kent Police said it was continuing its investigation but officers were not looking for anyone else.

An inquest into the circumstances of the death will be opened and adjourned in the next few days.
