Mr Doherty is accused of possessing heroin, crack cocaine and cannabis

Babyshambles singer Pete Doherty has been charged with seven counts of drugs possession, Scotland Yard has said.
The troubled rock star, from Bethnal Green, east London, will appear at Thames Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
He faces two charges of heroin possession, two of having crack cocaine and three of cannabis possession.
Mr Doherty, 26, whose band's hits include Albion, recently received a 12-month community service order after pleading guilty to drug possession.
A review of that order will be made in court on Wednesday.
The new charges relate to incidents in December and January, at two different addresses in east London.
Doherty became famous as the frontman of band The Libertines, but after parting from the band, created his latest group, Babyshambles.
He is probably better known to a wider audience for his time as boyfriend of model Kate Moss, a relationship which finished last year.
