An inquest into the death of a man who was in jail for killing his estranged wife and sister has been adjourned.
The hearing involving Stuart Horgan, 39, of West Yorks, who was on remand at Woodhill prison, Milton Keynes, had been due to start on Thursday.
A prison ombudsman's report was not available, and the inquest will now be held in January next year.
Vicky Horgan, 27, and her sister Emma Walton, 25, were shot dead in Highmoor Cross, Oxfordshire, on 6 June 2004.
Their mother Jacqueline Walton, 55, was also wounded in the attack at a family barbecue.
Mr Horgan is believed to have used the blade from a disposable razor to kill himself.
He had not been on suicide watch after being placed in custody five days after the killings.
Police said Mr Horgan had a history of domestic violence.
