A 50-year-old driver from Suffolk died in hospital on Monday night after his car hit a tree in Norfolk.
John Jamie Wighton, of Thorpe Abbots, Diss, in Norfolk crashed on the A1067 at Sparham after hitting a Vauxhall Astra. The second driver, a 47-year-old woman from Norwich, was not injured.
Both cars were travelling towards Fakenham when they collided.
Drivers travelling towards Norwich on the A1067, between 1710 and 1725GMT, are asked to contact police.
