Busking bobbies in 200-mile hike
Two singing detectives are to busk their way across the country to raise money for charity.

DCs Pete Ward, of Hertfordshire Police, and Graham Finney, from Norfolk, plan to sing from St Bees in Cumbria to Robin Hood's Bay in Yorkshire.

The pair will be accompanied by Graham's black labrador Bob, as they hike the 200-mile journey.

They hope to raise money for Cancer Research UK and the Myosotis Trust - a charity that helps Romanian children.

They will be singing tracks from Oasis, Robbie Williams and Elvis as their make their way from west to east.

They start on 3 July and expect it will take them two weeks.
