Information about drug dealers is given to Crimestoppers
A large quantity of heroin has been seized during police raids in Keighley in West Yorkshire.

Officers searched premises in the Knowle Park area and in the town centre on Friday and arrested one man who was later released on bail.

Earlier in the day, three raids were carried out simultaneously in the Braithwaite area of Keighley.

A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of intending to supply cannabis. He too was released on bail.

The raids were carried out as part of the Bradford District Drugs Team's continuing blitz on drugs in the area.

Det Insp Neil Benstead said: "This is just another example of the kind of work we carry out as a result of information provided to Crimestoppers.

"We investigate this information on a daily basis and it often results in arrests."
