Mr Reynolds has said he would fight any legal action

Football boss George Reynolds could face jail if he defies a court order banning car boot sales at his new stadium.
A High Court Judge granted an injunction to Darlington Council on Friday which will prevent car boot sales from being held at the town's Reynold's Arena.
The first event was scheduled for Sunday but the council said it would contravene both planning regulations and the market charter.
Director of Development John Buxton said the penalties for breaching the injunction could have far reaching consequences for Quakers chairman George Reynolds.
Earlier this week, Mr Reynolds said he would defy the council and claims car boot sales are a legitimate way for the club to attract revenue.
