Police have named the victim of a fatal stabbing on Saturday night in Berkshire.
Peter Edison Richardson, 32, from Slough, died after being attacked in the town centre.
A post-mortem examination showed he died from a single stab wound to the chest.
Nigel Robert Acklin, 36, of no fixed abode, has been charged with Mr Richardson's murder.
He was arrested in Slough on Sunday and is due to appear at Bracknell Magistrates Court.
Detectives investigating the case say there are no connections between this murder and any previous incidents in Slough.
They have thanked members of the public who came forward to help in their investigations.
But they also renewed their appeal for anyone who has any information about the incident, which took place in the Park Street and Albert Street area at about 2300 GMT on Saturday, to come forward.
