The developers of the Dreamland site are involved in the master plan

A master plan is being set up at a cost of £100,000 to oversee the regeneration of Margate in Kent.
Leading planning consultants are being invited to submit proposals for various sites in the town.
They will be asked to examine the opportunities which exist at the areas which have potential for development.
These sites include amusement park, Dreamland, and the Royal Sea Bathing site.
But consultants will also take into account work which is already underway in the Old Town and at the Turner Centre art gallery.
Exciting future
The master plan has been commissioned by a partnership of Thanet District Council, Kent County Council, the developers of the Dreamland site, the South East England Development Agency and English Partnerships.
Local people will also be able to give their views about the future of the town as the plan is produced.
Thanet District Council leader, Councillor Richard Nicholson, said: "The most important thing is to get input from local people and organisations into the emerging master plan and this will be a major part of the commission for this project.
"There are large development opportunities in Margate which if developed in the right way could create an exciting future for the town."
Consultants for the master plan will be appointed by the end of March and work will continue on the project for several months.
