Wanna bust a move?
As the latest alternative to keep fit videos, House Gymnastics has proved a massive success on the web.

Here one of its creators, James Ford, takes BBC News Online through some of the moves.

Some of these exercises may be dangerous if appropriate safety measures are not taken.

The carpet crab is a move taken directly from yoga - you have to have a really bendy back
