Baker makes FA Cup biscuit
FA Cup biscuits
Beating Chelsea would take the biscuit for the Shrews
A baker is marking Shrewsbury Town's second clash with a Premiership side this season by creating a life-size FA Cup biscuit.

Mark Lewis, from Christopher's Fine Foods in Mardol, has been given the exact dimensions of the famous trophy to help him make the unusual snack.

The televised fourth-round tie against Chelsea takes place on 26 January.

The Shrews set up the match with the biggest shock of the third round when they beat Everton 2-1 at Gay Meadow.

'Thicker biscuit'

Mr Lewis said it is not only the biscuit's shape that will be out of the ordinary: "Something this size has to be a little bit thicker.

"If it's made to the normal biscuit depth it will break, so it needs to be slightly bigger than normal.

"This is a one-off for me," he added.

Mr Lewis plans to auction the giant biscuit after the match.
