Plea delay for terror suspects

A court hearing for two East Anglia men accused of terrorism offences was adjourned for four weeks on Tuesday.

Mouloud Sihali, 27, of High Road, Ilford, Essex, and David Aissa Khalef, 30, of Colman Way in Thetford, Norfolk, are charged with possessing articles which could be used in terrorism.

Mr Khalef, a factory worker, was further charged under the Terrorism Act of possessing documents useful in terrorism.

The case is being tried at the Old Bailey.

Judge Peter Beaumont adjourned the hearing to 10 February following a request from the defence and prosecution.

The two men were further remanded in custody.
