Body parts suspects appear in court
Adam was described as cheeky and chatty
Four people charged with the murder of a teenage boy in Loughborough have appeared in court.
The remains of 14-year-old Adam Morrell were found in the town during the last week. Nathan Luke Barnett, 26, of Havelock Street, Loughborough, Matthew Joseph Welsh, 18, of the same address and Daniel John Biggs, 18, of Park Road, also Loughborough, spoke only to confirm their names, ages and addresses at the brief hearing. A 16-year-old girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, also appeared in court. False imprisonment Adam's remains were found in three different locations, including a canal and playing field, during police searches. All four are charged with the boy's murder and false imprisonment between November 13 and 18. They appeared before magistrates in Loughborough on Saturday. The teenage girl was ordered to be detained in secure accommodation until another hearing on 2 December, when all four will appear at Leicester Crown Court.
