Hamiltons' accuser pleads not guilty
Nadine Milroy-Sloan
Nadine Milroy-Sloan was arrested in January
Nadine Milroy-Sloan, the woman who made sex assault allegations against former Tory MP Neil Hamilton and his wife Christine, has pleaded not guilty to perverting the course of justice.

The 28-year-old trainee college lecturer from Peterhouse Road, Grimsby, Lincolnshire, was remanded at the Old Bailey on conditional bail to stand trial on March 24.

Milroy-Sloan confirmed her name and denied the charge during the brief hearing.

The charge alleges that she knowingly made false allegations to police that others had committed criminal offences between May last year and January this year.

The Hamiltons and Brian Lehaney, 61, from east London, were arrested following complaints to police by Milroy-Sloan but were later cleared of any wrongdoing.
