Woman found in river named
Police tape
Police cordoned off the area
Police have named the 48-year-old woman found in the River Nene in Peterborough.

The body of Janet Wros from Werrington was recovered from the river at about 0930 BST on Sunday.

Police are not treating the circumstances surrounding the death as suspicious.

A post-mortem examination is to take place on Monday.

Police cordoned off the area and closed the road to traffic.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to contact them.
