Teenager critical after car crash
Police tape
The injured boy was driving the car
Three teenage boys have been seriously injured after the stolen car they were travelling in hit another car head-on.

One 15-year-old, who was driving the car, is in a critical condition in hospital.

The boys were among five people in a Rover Maestro which was stolen from Gorseyfields, Droylsden, Greater Manchester.

It hit a Ford Mondeo head-on near the Bay Horse pub in Berry Brow, Clayton Bridge, Manchester, at about 2200 BST on Wednesday.

Two other male passengers - aged 17 and 14 - were seriously injured while three people in the Mondeo received minor injuries.

All of the injured were being treated in hospital.

Police are appealing for witnesses.
