Out-of-this-world experiences
![]() The mystery of crop circles will be discussed
Scientists of the supernatural are attending the "Mysteries of the World" conference in Wiltshire on Saturday.
Local paranormal expert and former pop star Reg Presley is among the delegates speaking at the event at Marlborough Leisure Centre. The Troggs lead singer will tell hundreds of delegates about his research into UFOs. Another speaker, Fortean TV presenter, Father Lionel Fanthorpe, will give two talks on his involvement with the paranormal. Father Fanthorpe is president of the Association for the Scientific Study of Anomalous Phenomena (ASSAP) and the British UFO Research Association (BUFORA) For many attending the conference the highlight will be a talk by author Robert Bauval, who has spent many years researching and writing about the mysteries of ancient Egypt. Other mysteries up for discussion include crop circles, the death of Princess Diana and aliens.
