Hepi annual lecture

The Higher Education Policy Institute's fifth annual lecture was given, in London, by Professor Yves Mény, president of the European University Institute in Italy.

His theme was: Higher Education in Europe: could national systems, European programmes and global issues be reconciled?

The lecture was delivered at the Royal Society on 15 January 2008.
