Max Mosley - Private stories 'on the internet forever'


World motorsport boss Max Mosley is going to the European court to reform privacy laws after winning a court case against a newspaper.

He believes individuals should be warned before a private story is published - but stories with a "genuine public interest" would not be suppressed, he said.

He added that the internet makes it difficult to escape an invasion of privacy once it has occurred.
