The seaside town of Clacton-on-Sea in Essex is getting an influx of visitors this month as hundreds of Hindus flock to a tiny temple set up in a spare bedroom.

Coach-loads of worshippers have come to the town to mark a holy month in the Hindu calendar that happens only every third year.

Pilgrims say the unusual temple offers something a bit different.

Dhirajlal Karia explains why he and his wife set up a temple in their home more than 30 years ago.
