Bikers ride in Wootton Bassett tribute

Nearly 15,000 bikers have taken part in a ride through Wootton Bassett, the Wiltshire town that has become well-known for honouring fallen soldiers when they are repatriated.

The ride, believed to the biggest of its kind, has raised more than £100,000 so far for the charity Afghan Heroes.

Each biker paid £5 to take part, with some raising more.

Families of the fallen and event organiser Julia Stevenson described the "fantastic" atmosphere.
