The government is unveiling two new 'revolutionary' prototype pint glasses in a bid to tackle serious glassing injuries.

The safer pint glasses are still made from glass, but are coated in a layer of resin, designed to hold the glass together and not shatter into loose shards when it breaks.

BBC reporter Anthony Bartram spoke to Matt Cotterill from Design Bridge - the company behind the designs - to see the glasses being put through their paces.
