David Cameron: Edlington torture case 'not isolated'


David Cameron has said the case of two young boys tortured in Doncaster was not an "isolated incident of evil" but symptomatic of wider social problems.

Speaking as he gave a speech on the "broken society", Mr Cameron said it was vital not to "look away" from such crimes.
