Billy Bragg threatens to withhold tax in banks protest

The singer and activist Billy Bragg has threatened to withhold his tax payments, unless the government stops banks such as Royal Bank of Scotland using taxpayers' money to pay their employees big bonuses.

He has set up a campaign on a social networking website and is encouraging others to follow suit.

He spoke to BBC Breakfast.
