Sanitation equipment on its way to Haiti

Aid agencies say they urgently need donations to help fund rescue efforts in Haiti.

An official appeal by the Disasters Emergency Committee has been launched to help pay for supplies.

At an Oxfam Warehouse in Oxfordshire there is about £1.5m worth of emergency equipment ready to be sent to Haiti.

Ian Bray from the charity told the BBC's Lucy Sheppard that sorting out sanitation is a priority.
