Rival criminal gangs 'sharing' guns


Criminals from rival gangs are effectively 'sharing' firearms as weapons become more scarce, according to police experts.

The National Ballistics Intelligence Service has played a key role in prosecuting "armourers" meaning different gangs are having to use the same weapons hired from a common source.
